We had a wonderful weekend with family this weekend. My brother from Colorado came in on Friday. Friday night we played cards. Saturday we did our Thanksgiving dinner. My aunt and uncle from Pelham, aunt and uncle from Tennessee and Maw Maw came over. Randal didn't come. It was opening day for rifle hunting and Randal was at the hunting club. Mother wasn't too happy about that but if you know my husband you know he is going to be in the woods. We had a great time without him anyway. We ate, played cards, ate and played some more cards. Oh did I mention that we ate.
Today we went to Red Lobster for Randals birthday. I made him a red velvet cake (my first time to make one homemade, I wasn't that impressed but they did say it was good).
I hope everyone has a good Thanksgiving. I won't be posting anymore until after Thanksgiving. I'm going on vacation tomorrow. Randal and I are going to be hunting this week. We are going to find that big buck.
