Well we made our first trip to the Childrens hospital Monday night. Mother was keeping CG Monday and they had been outside playing and came in and was playing in our bonus room and started upstairs and realized they left her baby in the room so my mother told CG to stay there while she went to get it and my mother wasn't 5 feet from her when she heard her hit the door facing of the door. She cried hysterically and a HUGE bump came up - this was about 12:45 p.m. they put ice on it for 30 minutes and she was acting herself playing around, they carved the pumpkin and she ate a good lunch and even took a nap about 3:30. When I got home at 5 p.m., she had just woke up and her bump had gone down. She sat in my lap for about 45 minutes and all of a sudden she started vomiting (twice) well this scared us and Randal insisted we take her to the ER so off we went. I'm so proud of her - she was such a big girl while they took her blood pressure and temperature - she weighs 20.6 pounds now. She did good until the male doctor came in. By the time we got to Childrens she was acting herself, singing and laughing but we wanted to make sure she was alright. We were only there 10 before they took us back - good thing because the place was packed out and I didn't like the thought of sitting in that waiting room with all those sick children. After all the examines they decided not to do a cat scan since her examine went well and she was acting herself. They said that she likely had a light concussion just to watch her the next few days and follow up with primary doctor. Mother woke her up at 2am to make sure she would wake up easy and she did. She is so back herself and the bump looks a lot better. Had to cancel her 2 year pictures for Friday.
