Oh No the BIG 40

Just want to start out saying I am so bless. I couldn't have asked for a better day (turning 40 at that) Today I left the 30's and entered into the 40's. All I have to say about that is it was awesome. If today was a sign of how it is going to be in the 40's, it is going to be great. I have had such a blessed, wonderful day today. Started out, Caylee-Grace let me sleep until 7am. We always start our day with a morning walk after she nurses. Randal took a walk with us this morning. Ok he only walked two times up and down the street but that was better then nothing. Then he headed in the house to cook me breakfast. He did a great job with breakfast. I was fixing Caylee-Grace's breakfast when I turned around and she had a card and a gift on her highchair in front of her and Randal said "Caylee-Grace has a gift for you". I had a sweet card and she got me a necklace that has "MOM" on it.


Here is a picture of it. It was perfect. Randal said she picked it out (yeah we all know she did). Then I got a gift card from Randal so I can get some new clothes. Yipee! After breakfast we got ready and they took me to lunch at Firebirds Grill. Yum Yum! I got sirlon. Then we went by the Cookie Company at the mall and got me a double dooze cookie (not enough cookie that I had to have the double doozie, you know the ones that have the thick creamy icing in the middle of two cookies). After running a few errands, we headed home to get ready for mine and my mothers birthday party. We usually play cards on Friday night but Mom was going to be out of town so we played tonight and celebrated both our birthdays. Hers is tomorrow. It was great!


I requested to have lemon icebox pie and Mother loves chocolate so she wanted chocolate cake. I got lots of nice gifts and wonderful food. I even won both our card games. It was such a nice birthday and I think everyone that has been a part of it, either by facebook messages or e-mails or calls. I've been celebrating since last Friday when my buddies through that surprise party. We celebrated two days at work too. I've been truly blessed this past week.
