Little of This and That

Well finally went to get my wrist/thumb checked out since it has been hurting for almost two months now. I thought it was carpel tunnel but ended up being tendinitis and he gave me a cortisone shot in my wrist OUCH. It really wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be but it hurt worst after the shot and it still sore today but hopefully that will help it soon and solve my problem. He said if it wasn't better in two weeks to come back and see him. I hope that won't be the case.

Been busy at work since Monday we had a power outage and got sent home at 10am. Got there really early Tuesday to get caught up. Didn't sleep good Tuesday night. The storm woke Caylee-Grace up at 1am and I really never went back to sleep when I did it was about time to get up. I take children's Benadryl for my allergies and I take it at night because it makes me sleepy during the day. I'm beginning to think that I might be addicted to it because I don't sleep good at night on the nights I don't take it.

Looking forward to playing cards tonight with the gang. We are having some taco salad and oatmeal cake for dessert. Tomorrow night Crystal and I (and Caylee-Grace) are heading over the the Southern Women's Show. My friend at work got us some free ticket Woo Hoo - I like free stuff. Maybe I can get some of those dips and mixes, some roasted peanuts and maybe a candle - you know I love candles. You never have enough of them. Not doing anything on Saturday much just hanging out. Randal is heading to the hunting club this afternoon until late Saturday so it will just be me and the baby for a few days.

I have started working on getting things together for Caylee-Grace's first birthday party. I have decided to do a Bambi party. I've been looking for a Bambi shaped cake pan. I'm going to just do a #1 shape pan for her little cake and decorate it with Bambi. Can you believe it is almost a month away. Where has this time gone? I hate she is growing up so fast. I think she will be walking soon. She is holding on to furniture and walking along it with just one hand. Pulling up and trying to climb on things too. She isn't scared to try to climb on or over anything.
