My Friend Deb

Just wanted to give everyone a update on my good friend Deb who has breast cancer. She had a double mastectomy today and everything went well. I went to see her, she was still really out of it but I think she remembered Caylee-Grace and I coming. They won't know the results from the tests until Monday. She will stay over night tonight and then go home with her sister until she recovers. Thanks everyone for remember her in your prayers. She is such a wonderful strong woman and I know she will get threw this. She has been through so much this past year with her having the stroke then this breast cancer. She is moving to Hartford after she recovers from this surgery, which is a 3 -4 hour drive. I hope to visit her as often as I can - she is depressed about moving and having to leave all her friends but it is best for her to go be near her family so they can help her and her daughter Sydney.

Hope everyone is having a good week. Caylee-Grace slept until 7am this morning. I got up at 6:30 - we went for an hour walk then got things together, breakfast and off to run errands and see my friend at the hospital. Didn't get home until 5:30 and got in all that stormy weather on the way home. I had to drive 40 mph on the interstate because I couldn't hardly see. I think I prayed all the way home for safety. I hate to drive in that kind of weather. I finished up my Kids Market tonight. Thank heavens. Going to relax tomorrow and do nothing but play with Caylee-Grace and clean house while she naps tomorrow. We will play cards tomorrow night then Kids Market Saturday with Teale. Crystal is going to help me out and keep Caylee-Grace on Saturday for me while we go take our things to Kids Market. Thanks Crystal, I know ya'll are going to have a blast.
