Tooday I took Caylee-Grace for her 9 month check-up. She weighs only 13 lbs 7 ozs and 24 1/2 inches long. She is way behind in growth but doing great in the development department. She was doing really good catching up in the her growth percentile but he said she was behind this visit. He thinks she is just going to be little but wanted to draw some blood work up to check her thyroid and liver and some other things to make sure. Hopefully she is just going to be like her mommy and be small frame. She had to get two shots and 3 tubes of blood drawn out of her arm. She did pretty good with the shots - she cried but not too long but with the blood work she screamed the whole time. I teared up too. Bless her little heart. They couldn't get the blood flowing good and it took longer but finally got it going. She did well by the time we were heading out the door to leave. She has to go back in September to get her flu shot but doesn't go back to see doctor until she is 1. She feel asleep on the way to mall to me my friends for lunch. After lunch, we went by my work for about an hour then to see Randal's Mother who was working at the First Commercial Bank. She was excited to see her since she hasn't seen her since Sunday. We went by Target and Walmart on the way home and got a few groceries.
Caylee-Grace is crawling really good now and she loves to play on the vents. I guess she likes the air blowing on her. This is one of the videos with her playing on the vent.
I'm not going to do anything tomorrow but take a morning walk and play with Caylee-Grace. We didn't get to go walking this morning since she didn't get up until 7:15 and we had to leave by 9:15. I'm going to going walking this evening when it is cooler. We are going to play cards tomorrow night and don't have anything planned for Saturday. I don't plan on leaving the house until Sunday. Sunday starts our VBS so we will come home after church since church will start later.
Randal is leaving this evening for the hunting club until Saturday night to do some work at to get ready for hunting season.
Hope everyone is having a good week and has a good weekend.

Harper loves vents too... She likes to try and put her fingers in them so we have been saying "no" a lot it seems. I know the blood draw was traumatizing (for you especially), at least she won't remember it.
She will probably just be a shorty like the rest of us. :) She's so cute!
