Well bless my Daddy's heart, he is having such a hard time. He was going to get to come home yesterday but he started running a fever night before last and his breathing isn't doing good. They did another x-ray of his lung to see if maybe he has another touch of pneumonia. He also has thrush so they are treating that. He wasn't ready to go home anyway he said. He has been one sick puppy I tell you. Hopefully, he will get to come home today or tomorrow if the x-ray looks ok. It is going to take him awhile to get up his energy again since he has been though so much. Please continue to pray for him.
I went to the doctor Tuesday and he told me he thought that the blood pressure medicine was making my blood pressure come down and that is why I was feeling lightheaded, dizzy and having the headaches so he took some blood and told me to stop taking the Procarda XL and come back and see him in 3 weeks. That morning I woke up with a wonderful plugged duct in my left breast. Talk about hurting. I had to pump every 2 hours and put warm compress on it and I've been hurting and tired so last night after class at church, we just came home so that I could get in bed earlier. I put a heating pad on it. Thank the good Lord it was gone this morning so I feel alot better today. Hope I don't have this again but I probably will. That is no fun I tell you.
I started using my Bender Ball that mother gave me last year. It is two 15 minute videos. One is for your buns and thighs and the other is for your core. I started using it last Saturday and WOW have I been sore. I think it is working. Hopefully I can get the belly down more by using it. I have managed to get in 3 - 4 days of exercise in. So I'm feeling alot better.
Have a great rest of the week.

OUCH! Sorry about your pain. I missed talking to you last night, but I am glad you're feeling some better.
Bless your heart! I'm sorry you have been hurting. I'm glad you are getting better. :)
I will keep your dad in my prayers.
I'm glad the heating pad worked. They are no fun but heat/regular nursing is the quickest fix for it. You are doing great! A lot of moms would have given up on nursing by now... you go girl!
I have been praying for your Dad. I hope he is feeling better today. Sorry to hear about your sore boob too. I can sympathize with ya. Hang in there...before you know it she will be using a sippy cup and the nursing days will be long gone but don't rush it. That is a really special time for you and Caylee Grace.
We've been thinking about you and the fam alot. Keep up the good exercise work!
