3 Months Today - Exercise Goal

Well today my baby girl is 3 months old. Can you believe it already?

She has been better since Monday. Mother said she had a talk with her and she has been nursing good and not fussy. She is still sleeping from 9 - 4 sometimes 9:45 to 3:15 but I can live with this since I get to feed her before I go to work.

Today I went to the gym and did step aeobics and jogged. This was only the second time I have gotten to exercise this week. I'm lucky to get 2 days in a week of exercise. I don't want to do anything but come straight home and play with my baby girl.

Today I jogged for the first time in 10 months. I did it. I jogged at 6.0 - 1 mile straight without stopping. I can't believe it. Wow - I need a nap now after that. I feel good though. It has been hard trying to get this last 12 pounds off - now I just have 9 to go. I'm eating better and trying to take the steps at work and drink lots of water.

Funny thing, at church she doesn't like the singing for some reason. Every time we start to sing, she starts crying. I had to take her out last night. We are going to have to work on that or that is going to be hard. I guess we will be visiting the nursery alot. I'm going to start playing my accapella sing cd at home to try to get her use to it. Isn't that crazy that she does that? We listen to music all the time.

Thanks to everyone for all the encouragment with week with my situation. It is getting better - not easier but better.

Happy 3 month birthday Caylee-Grace.

If you're holding her, cover her ear with your hand or bring her up and sit by me, i bet she'll smile. :)

That is weird she doesn't like the singing... I'm sure it's just a phase and she'll grow out of it. Harper seems fine with it but we have yet to make it through a whole service without going to the nursery for fussiness, diaper change, or a feeding anyway.

I can't believe Caylee-Grace is 3 months old! She'll be a year before you know it!

I am glad things are getting a little better. She will do better with the singing once she gets used to it. I can see where it might scare her to all of a sudden have a bunch of people around her singing.
