"Ladies Night Out" - Sips n Strokes

Well it has been an eventful week. Tuesday night one of our elders' wife had a "Ladies Night Out" for Teale and Harper. It was so much fun. I really enjoyed it getting together with everyone and she got lots of diapers some outfits and beautiful matching bracelets for her and Harper (really cute). Can't hardly wait for Baby Harper to get here.

Thursday night I went to Sips N Strokes for the first time with 3 of my co-workers, Tiffany, Susan and Keva. Keva and I went by Motherhood to check out the dresses. I really need some church clothes and especially a dress for my shower which is in two weeks. I found 4 dresses. I was excited to get them. We then met the other 2 girls at the Mariachi Grill to eat before heading to paint We went to the one in Vestavia and did a real pretty landscape view. I really didn't think I would like it but it was a lot of fun. I would do it again. I would like to go do something easier next time but I really enjoyed it. If you haven't tried it, I would recommend going. You take whatever you want to drink (I took some sweet tea) and you paint. I thought mine looked bad but everyone said it looked really good. You can see for yourself in the pictures.

Randal and I aren't going to do much this weekend. Tonight I'm just working on the computer some since I haven't been on all week I'm a little behind with e-mails and blogging. And since I didn't get home from Sips N Strokes until 10 last night and get in the bed until 10:30 or so, needless to say I'm really tired. Anybody that knows me, knows that is way past my bedtime. So I'm going to bed early tonight. I'm going to the gym in the morning and to get my haircut. Randal and I will just hang out tomorrow afternoon when I get back from getting my haircut.

I go to the doctor on Tuesday for my sugar test. I sure hope that goes well. So far I haven't gained any weight this month so that is good. I've been trying to eat alot healthier. Hope everyone has a great weekend. I will probably not post again until after the doctor appointment on Tuesday.
